Pricing: $99 per night (2 people). We offer a special weekly rate of $650 (7 nights). Please add 4% sales and 7.41% room tax (11.41%) and a one time professional outcleaning fee of $55. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Stay: Generally there is a five night minimum stay . Occasionally we will accept a booking that is less than five nights if our schedule permits it. Please inquire if you desire a stay less than five nights as it might work into our schedule.

Reservation Deposit: One half of the total amount is required for your deposit to hold a reservation. Deposit must be received within 10 days of verbal or e-mailed confirmation to hold dates. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancelation Policy: A full refund of deposit less $100 processing transaction fee will be returned if your stay is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded if those dates can be re-booked, less a $100 processing transaction fee. If those days cannot be re-booked you will be credited for a future stay.
